CLL is experienced in constructing all types of foundations. 

We have the ability to undertake foundation construction projects of any size and employ several teams of formwork carpenters.  We construct foundations for approximately 200 houses per year and also regularly construct foundations for commercial and industrial developments. 

Pile Pad Slabs

CLL has developed a proprietary foundation slab design known as the "Pile Pad" foundation system, involving a thickened slab perimeter supported by driven timber piles. This new system has gained wide acceptance and is competitively priced at around $85/m2.
