CLL has been in business for 20 years and have developed a considerable reputation for being a reliable and innovative company. We usually work within the greater Auckland region, but regularly undertake projects outside of Auckland, including some work in the Pacific. We have also recently opened a division in Tauranga.
CLL’s core business areas are piling, slip stabilisation, foundations, retaining walls, contaminated site remediation and rope access work. We are very experienced in undertaking work in all of these areas.
Key Personnel
The Managing Director and founder of CLL is Terry Donnelly.
CLL employs three engineers, Mark Lyndon, Babu Patel and Rob O'Grady who are responsible for pricing work and managing projects. Adam Bessell, Mike Newton and Don Iggulden are project managers and the operations manager is Alan Marychurch.
CLL foremen include Matt Goodsell, Peter Holden, Kelly Craig, Dave Carter, Ian Mower, John Stevens, Garth Coulam, Graham Last, Gareth Smith, Tim Hunger and Doug Evans. All are long-standing Contract Landscapes team members.

Yard, Workshop and Office
