CLL specialise in installing both drilled and driven piles. 

We can install reinforced concrete piles up to 900mm in diameter and up to 18m deep.  We are experienced in drilling in difficult conditions and have specialised equipment for casing and dewatering holes and tremmiing concrete. 

We can drive timber piles up to 16m in length and up to 500mm in diameter. Our pile driving equipment includes 300kg, 500kg, 1.5T and 2.1T drop hammers and a BSP SCV50 side and top clamping vibrating hammer suitable for installing sheet piles.

We can drive steel UBs and tubes up to 30m deep. 

We have crews experienced in constructing capping beams, pile caps and ground beams.  We also employ ticketed welders who can splice cages and UBs, if necessary.

We have extensive experience in bridge building and have constructed approximately 10 bridges throughout the Auckland area.  We recently widened the Esmond Rd busway bridge for AC Blackmore.

We also have experience in marine piling work and specialise in working on sites with difficult access.
